Objective

Our objective was to handle their social media pages across five states in southern India and increase positive customer engagement. We developed multilingual,multicultural and localised content to suit their business needs in each of the states. The localised and relatable content also increased customised engagement and sales in all five states including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Target

The fact that patients are increasingly looking to the internet to clear health-related queries and book appointments, and increase the brand presence was the clear objective of our client.

Execution

We created a social media strategy that prioritized engaging, informative, and interactive content across platforms. We also made the content multilingual to reach a wider audience in the Kanyakumari district. Through social media, they wanted to help educate their audience on the importance of health, immunity, and redirect people to their hospital for the best care. From facts, Healthcare tips, and relevant information, we gave the audience information that they were looking out for in order to keep themselves healthy and immunized.
